Since opening our doors in 2018, the McCarton Center Bronx has become one of New York State’s largest providers of Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers with autism and developmental delays. Every day, 150–200 children receive individualized, interdisciplinary care from our team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, BCBAs, educators, and developmental specialists.

Our model brings all disciplines together under one roof, ensuring that every child has a coordinated, data-driven program matched to their unique strengths and needs. From center-based group services to individualized home and community sessions, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of developmental care in one of the highest-need areas of the state.

But we need your help to do more.

The demand for our services continues to grow. Every week, families are referred to us who urgently need care, but public reimbursement alone cannot support the staffing depth, supervision, and stability required to deliver this level of quality
